Higo launches a new battery connector that perfectly matches high power charging applications with little space available.
Compact but still powerful
This 7 pole female panel mount connector, the so-called Z718AMC, has a combination of interesting features. The first thing you notice is its compact size. With a panel flange of only 25mm it’s the smallest within the Higo battery connector range. And don’t underestimate its power. This panel mount battery connector can easily handle up to 25A.
More space for your cells
When you look closer, you’ll see that the installation depth is very shallow, only 5mm actually. This has been especially designed by Higo to meet the growing demand from our customers to minimize the occupied connector space within the battery. The Z718AMC either leaves you with more space for your cells now or it allows you to build a smaller battery.
Integrated sealing secures watertight connection
Another key feature that secures the reliability of the connection is the integrated sealing of this battery connector. This speeds up the installation process. But more importantly, as the sealing no longer needs to be put on manually, it cannot be forgotten during installation. Therefore, the Z718AMC helps you to secure the IP67 watertightness of your battery connection at all times.
